Respect
Respect people in spite of their present disposition. No one is worthy to look down upon anyone to assert that anyone has to do anything or say anything for to earn their respect. The primary question is, "Who are you that anyone has to do or say anything to earn your respect?" "Can you continue to give respect even when others do not seem to respect themselves or you?" If you are mistreated are you able to keep your respect and move forwards?"
That is the challenge.
Who upon this planet stands above anyone else to assert that others have to earn their respect? When a human being respect humanity as a whole and not a person who has a selective few who they choose to respect, based upon how they harbor this opinionated perception of what respect is to them; this synthetic perception of respect is simply based upon how they demand others to look upon them. Insecurity is a poison.
Respect is the factor of humanity. It is the root in which cultivates into love and the actions based upon compassion. If there is someone who is felt or seen to lack respect for themselves in your perception, then "keep your respect" and continue to respect them in spite of their present disposition; yes a condition you know nothing about nor what caused it. You are not so important that anyone has to "earn" respect from you, do to the reality that you should have it/give it/ enough within yourself to executed towards anyone no matter of their condition.
