       Chapter Fifty-Two           Daniel Frees Father Mich ael         Michael It was mid-evening Friday at the jail 3 days after the funeral. Daniel was released from the hospital and was placed in the same jail I was. Daniel and I have been incarcerated for the murders that were committed by Daniel. The authorities had learned that he was my son by my admission. They found out that Martina Figorora was a good friend of mine who told me her confessions. Since Daniel was my son, they assumed that I worked along with him in silence while he committed the murders. In meditation this morning I saw something and perceived a feeling in the same movement. What we have been conditioned to identify what as “love” has been a lie. There is an area of the self that has been buried with ideas of what this state of being is. It has been a victim of a false screen. I found that my assumptions were correct in saying that “to give something living and always growing and moving a title of stagnation, only prevents the observer of what it truly is.” I found that this has been made a state of existing that many of us have been saying we have wanted without truly knowing the very essence of it. We have been made to think that we know what love is, simply by the idea of what it is through the western worlds false opinions, when to understand that one will never reach clarity of what it is, believing in what someone else asserts it is. I had an interesting discussion with some Africans from the city of Ghana at UNLV in 1994 of mid April. We talked of African culture in Africa and also being the descendants of slaves. I told them that we are a unique people here in America because of being here in this environment and have been shaped truly against our natural moral implications. I had explained to them that we are not Americans because our ancestors never choose to be Americans. What they clearly rejected because of the root of the entire ordeal, it is only intelligent that we should as well; otherwise our acceptance of that title and position in this world and all that comes with it, is the greatest betrayal. Religion's definition is “mans search for God.” Even though the term “god” is a pagan term, the same as "lord" is a political term of expression and should never be used to relate to The Divine Creator. The intellectual assertion of the definition implies that “religion has not found the truth” as this is why you are left being a believer and not one who knows in certainty. They are still in search of it; and yet remains to claim to have it in regards to its propaganda/lies and those people who have been mentally enslaved into something that is by its own words, incomplete or lack thereof. This explains the behavior of most who live their lives slandering others as well as living a life contradiction of what they claim is their primary belief in which governs their behavior regarding their thoughts and feelings whatever they may be. When you have been denied all of what the common human being is supposed to have in life upon an emotional and psychological state and have still made it, in regards to what brings the human being his or her sanity, only then can one truly say that they are a survivor. You are able to live without what most human beings cannot live without and are able to remain sane and within a genuine state of peace in spite of the lacking of those common much needed fulfillment's. In your journey you have accepted the empty voids in knowing that they will never be filled from those unwilling outside agencies; and you have moved forwards within another profound destiny that many will never in their lives understand. For your life's journey has been destined to be outside of the stream of normality. Your being treated with cruelty has created an immensely magnificent person to behold.  In living we come to find that within the time of pain also comes a healing in the same movement. As difficult times enter, peace is also within that movement. The 2 living gifts are indeed one and the same, working in a harmonious manner for the objective in which gives the human being enough strength and understanding to move forwards with a humility and ability of acceptance we never knew we possessed. In this we come to realize we have it through the pain while joy is still present. The realization is that it is the presence of joy that carries us. The power and impact of grief causes us within that time, to think that it is a burdensome moment that is of an unceasing measure of pain without the measure of time because it feels sacred as well as totally emotionally and psychologically consuming because its new and sudden. There is no path nor political rights to freedom. No designated road to freedom designed by mankind. No government system that governs your life has the power to give you freedom in truth. No one can give to you what you truly already have inside since even before the divine eternal conception of your very being. Freedom is you and you are freedom manifested. Realize the things inside in which has your mind limited and contained from the rest of true living. Step outside of all inner constructions, all walls of mental, intellectual and spiritual captivity. Humbly detach from them in no longer rationalizing any excuse to retain them and continue to rise.
