This Day

This day, as you can see yourself, you can feel your body breath life and you have still been given the strength to move forwards with the natural and sacred movement of life:)

 Yes, in spite of the past day that has been moved behind you with life's forwards motion, carrying you with it right into this day, you know that all is well because you still understand and know that it was not those who tried to cause grief in your day who created you.

 You are here and your healing is present along with your new day filled with lessons that are rooted in you coming to know who and what you are in your responses to the new day and therefore, each day is gifted with a new you to know and to understand.

 It does not matter if you are male or female, it is important to know how very beautiful you are and how beautiful you have been and will continue to become because real beauty is within the actions of the human being towards humanity. 

 Even in the face of opposition is ordained a solution to move past it and into the newness of you which has been created into this new day and time. Face all things brought before you as a challenge from The Creator. It is there for you to embrace for the sake of knowing the very essence of your being.

 Death of that which is only there to cause death will be put to death by you and life which is there to give more life is there for you to grow, to prosper and to understand that peace of mind is indeed possible and therefore present inside of you.

Coming up in Chicago as a young man, I had cultivated an anger issue. I found that it was because of my mind being open to matters of society which I at the time had no clarity of; and to not understand does not increase the anger, but only sustain it depending upon the desire of the person to understand. I had no one in my environment to help me to understand the anger and where it was coming from or even give me insight to what “anger is within itself.” This is important in understand what anger “is” instead of only limiting the observation of anger to what you are angry, “at.” What we are angry “at” has no meaning if anger itself is not clearly understood in its nature.
